Crossing the Danube, MIA in Belgrade
A new page was added to the knowledge sharing in Belgrade... MIA made an important date in the dental diaries with the training organized in Belgrade between 18-21 May 2017.

Our 4-day training with dentists from different provinces of Turkey started on May 18th with a meeting to meet and get acquainted. Our training, which had a limited quota, was realized with the participation of 70 dentists. On the first day before the training, important historical and cultural places of Belgrade were visited with our participating dentists.

After the Belgrade tour, our training started with Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist Uğur Meriç's topic 'Implantology without Graft'. Meriç explained the applications of solving all indications with simple autogenous bone collection methods and without the need for synthetic graft. Continuing with the topic of Maxillary Sinus Anatomy and Sinus Lift and Implant Application Protocols, Uğur Meriç informed all clinicians in the question and answer section.

The program, which was listened with interest, ended with Periodontology Specialist Dr. Bahadır Şatana's presentation on Soft Tissue Shaping Methods around the Implant. In the last part of the training, our specialist surgeons answered questions and shared their experiences.

The clinicians who participated in our program in Belgrade, the largest city of the Balkan geography, which was a part of our history for a long time during the Ottoman Empire, made a journey into history as well as an efficient training. It was an unforgettable event for our dentists who watched the city from the castle established at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers.
